USPTO GRANTS LEXARX REEXAMINATION REQUESTS ON TWO ECOMM INNOVATIONS, LLC PATENTS

The United States Patent & Trademark Office has granted ex parte reexamination requests that LexArx filed against U.S. Patent Nos. 7,409,635 and 7,765,470. The Patent Office’s orders found substantial new questions of patentability on all 34 claims in the ‘635 patent and all 18 claims in the ‘470 patent. eComm Innovations, LLC has asserted both patents in Eastern District of Texas Case No. 4:26-cv-00381.
