USPTO GRANTS LEXARX REEXAMINATION REQUEST ON BEHALF OF HPE

The United States Patent & Trademark Office granted an ex parte reexamination request that LexArx filed on behalf of client Hewlett Packard Enterprise against U.S. Patent No. ​9,482,632. The Patent Office’s Order found a substantial new question of patentability on all nine claims in the ‘632 patent. Cloud Byte LLC has asserted that patent against HPE in concurrent litigation in the Eastern District of Texas.
