USPTO GRANTS ANOTHER LEXARX REEXAMINATION REQUEST ON BEHALF OF HPE

The United States Patent & Trademark Office granted another ex parte reexamination request that LexArx filed on behalf of client Hewlett Packard Enterprise, this time against U.S. Patent No. ​9,871,693. The Patent Office’s Order found substantial new questions of patentability on all 29 claims in the ‘693 patent. This is the second successful reexamination request that LexArx has filed against patents asserted by Cloud Byte LLC against HPE in concurrent litigation in the Eastern District of Texas.
